Most privacy pages describe data collection that is not happening. This site has no forms, no accounts and nothing for sale, so most of what a privacy page usually covers does not apply here. What follows is the short list of things that do.

What this website collects
Nothing you type. There is no form on this site. No contact form, no newsletter, no account, no enquiry box. There is nowhere to enter your name or your email address, so we do not have them.
Aggregate visit statistics. Our host, Framer, records page views and the country a visit came from. Framer states that it does not store anything that identifies a person: IP addresses are hashed with a value that changes every day, which means yesterday’s visits cannot be linked to today’s. We see totals. We do not see people.
Your IP address reaches two companies as a technical necessity. Loading any web page means your browser asking a server for files, and a server cannot send files without an address to send them to. On this site those servers belong to:
• Framer (Netherlands, hosting on infrastructure in the United States) — the pages themselves and the images
• Google (United States) — the six typefaces this site is set in
We have no agreement with Google about the font requests and no way to see what they do with them. If that matters to you, a browser extension that blocks third-party font requests will stop it, and this site will still work.

If you email zandra@zandralifesciences.com or arun@zandralifesciences.com we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us. That mail is handled by Google Workspace.
One category needs naming separately. Our contact page asks people to report side effects, and asks for the product, the batch number, the dates you took it and what happened. That is health information about you. We ask for it because a company that sells a supplement has to know when something goes wrong with it, and because a batch number is how a manufacturing problem gets traced. But you should know what you are sending before you send it.
If you send us a side effect report:
• We record it, because we are required to and because we want to
• Where the law in the market you bought the product in requires us to pass it to a regulator or to the manufacturer, we do, and that transfer may include the clinical detail you gave us
• We keep it for as long as the applicable pharmacovigilance rules require, which is longer than we would otherwise keep an email
• If you would rather report it without telling us who you are, you can. Leave your name out. A report with a product and a batch number and no name is still useful to us

We do not use anything on this site for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Where it goes
We are an Indian company selling in Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia and India, and our email and hosting providers process data in the European Union and the United States. So correspondence with us crosses borders by design.
The formal mechanism we rely on for those transfers is still being settled, with our providers and with counsel in each market. It is not named here yet because we would rather state the actual instrument than gesture at one. When it is settled it will appear on this page and the change will be dated. If you want to know where your correspondence sits before then, write to us and we will tell you what we know.
