The founders chose the word before they knew what it would have to carry. It took us years to work out what we were defending, and the answer turned out to be the same thing every time.
00 / The name
Named in Mumbai, in 2010.
Anant Pandya and Arun Menon founded it on the principle that prevention is better than cure.
Prevention assumes nothing has gone wrong yet. Most of the people our products reach are past that point. Something has already been taken out of them by a medicine, a life stage, a latitude or a habit. What they need is not prevention. It is replacement.
01 / What we built
Every product answered the same question.
We built one product at a time, for whatever a market needed. A selenium complex for regions where the soil is selenium-poor. A barrier cream for skin stripped by dermatological treatment. An iron and silicon formulation for shedding under thirty-five. Each answered a specific deficit in a specific market.
Written down together they are the same product. Every one of them replaces something a system has run out of, so the system can work again on its own. Not one is a performance product.
02 / Standing
Nine hundred thousand times, a doctor wrote our name.
Between January 2019 and June 2026, doctors in Ukraine wrote more than nine hundred thousand recommendations naming a Zandra product, across thirty-one cities and six specialities. We did not count them. An independent prescription audit did, which is why the figure is not ours to adjust.
Every one of those was a decision. A doctor with a licence to lose put a name on a page, in front of a patient, and did it again the following week. Repeated professional judgement at that scale is what trust looks like in this industry, and it is the only kind of trust we can put a number against, because somebody independent counted it. What it measures is what doctors did. It does not follow patients home, and we will not present it as though it did.
Two smaller figures sit beside it.
900,100
Recommendations naming a Zandra product. Ukraine, January 2019 to June 2026, across thirty-one cities and six specialities.
1st
Company by dermatologist recommendation in the cosmetic category. Uzbekistan, second quarter of 2026. Our first quarter in that position.
3rd
Company by doctor recommendation among food supplement companies in dermatology. Ukraine, January 2019 to June 2026.
None of these figures describes what a product does. What our products may be said to do is set out on the pages that follow, in the wording each national register allows, and in none of our own.

03 / The stack
Five lines, in order.
Each does a different job and none replaces another. Read top to bottom they move from a truth about bodies to a name on a door. The vision never travels without the mission, because health restored invites the question restored by what, and the mission is the answer.
i
The body repairs itself
What we believe. Not a claim about our products, a claim about bodies.
ii
Health restored, not managed
Where we are going. Never travels without the line below it.
iii
Replace what is depleted. Let the body do the rest.
How. This one settles product decisions and country head objectives.
iv
We restore systems, not symptoms
What we say. Lockup, detail aids, every market-facing surface.
v
A Restorative Health Company™
What we are called. Boilerplate, LinkedIn, meta, letterhead.
04 / Where it is made
Made by people we name.
Zandra owns no factories. We write a specification and manufacture only where it is met, at thirteen companies across six countries. The standard each site holds, and the body that issued each certificate, are set out on the manufacturing page rather than summarised here.
05 / Who signs it
Named people, named credentials.
A standard that nobody signs is a slogan. These are the people accountable for what this company publishes, with their qualifications, so that a prescriber can check them rather than take our word for it. All three country heads trained in a clinical discipline before they came to this side of the table: a pharmacist, a dentist and a maxillofacial surgeon.

01 · Co-founder · Director, Finance and Operations
Anant Pandya
Chemistry first, marketing second. That is the order of his qualifications, and it turned out to be the order of the company. Two decades of international pharmaceutical business took him across South America and Eastern Europe for Indian multinationals including Claris and Torrent, and he came back to run finance and operations here. Every specification on this site has a cost attached to it, and he is the one who signs that cost off. He is the reason a standard survives contact with a price.

02 · Co-founder · Director, Marketing and Sales
Arun Menon
His talent, for twenty years, was taking a business unit that lost money and making it earn. A degree in life sciences, a postgraduate qualification in pharmaceutical management, and two decades of marketing, sales and business management in India and abroad. He built this company the way he was trained to, one market and then one product at a time. It took years before anyone could name the pattern, and he is the one who named it. We were not a marketing company. We were restoring depleted systems and calling it something else.

03 · Country Head, Ukraine
Evgeniya Muravyeva
She has done every job she now manages. A pharmacist by training, and Zandra was the first company she ever worked for: medical representative, then regional manager, then brand manager, then field force manager, and now country head. She has stood in Ukrainian pharmacies and explained these products to the people who dispense them. Nobody in that organisation reports to someone who has not already done the job.

04 · Country Head, Georgia
Nino Akhvlediani
She qualified to treat patients before she qualified to sell to the people who do. A dentist, with more than fifteen years in the Georgian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical market, running our office in Tbilisi. Georgia is a market where credibility is personal and does not transfer between people. Hers was earned on the clinical side first, and it is why a specification written in Mumbai is defensible in a Tbilisi consulting room.

05 · Country Head, Uzbekistan
Valeriy Yakovlev
A maxillofacial surgeon runs our Uzbek market. The ten years in Uzbek pharmaceuticals with Olainfarm, Abbott and Berlin-Chemie came after the operating theatre, not instead of it. It is an unusual order, and it shows in one specific way. When a physician in Tashkent asks a hard question about a molecule, the answer does not have to be escalated to anybody.

06 · Mentor and Adviser
Satish Pandya
Forty years in manufacturing and quality, most of them at Pfizer. A postgraduate in organic chemistry, then Director of Manufacturing at Wyeth, Director of Quality Operations at Pfizer, and finally Assistant Vice President at Teva. He has stood inside the kind of facility we now buy from, on the side of the table that can reject a batch. The systems, the culture and the values this company runs on are substantially his, which is why the standard on the manufacturing page reads like an audit rather than a promise.

07 · Mentor, Marketing and Brain Science
Prabhakar Dhage
This company works on the mechanism rather than the symptom. He applies the same rule to how a decision gets made. A postgraduate degree in NeuroBusiness from Spain sits on top of more than twenty-five years at Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim, Servier, Emcure, USV and Ipca, with launches on the public record and awards given by people who do not work for him. He now runs NeuroFrame Consulting, where he teaches sales and marketing teams to use brain science in the room rather than in the deck. Here he has one job. He tells us when a sentence is persuading rather than informing, and it is usually our sentence.
Every one of them is named, with the qualification that puts them here and the record behind it.
06 / The company, in figures
Everything on this page that is a number.
Corporate pages usually round these up or leave them out. These are stated at the date below and each one is checkable against another page on this site. Where we do not publish a figure, the row says so rather than being omitted.

07 / Day one
What finished looks like.
Waking at seventy percent is not a diagnosis. Nobody is treated for it. It is the ordinary condition of a person whose system has quietly run short of something, and it is the reason this company exists.
As long as someone is still waking at seventy percent, we are not finished.
