Five reasons people write, and what helps us answer.
The address is the same for all of them. Telling us which one you are saves a round trip, and the second column is what we would otherwise have to ask you for.
You are taking one of our products
Name the product and the batch number printed on the carton. If you are writing about a side effect, say so in the first line.
You are a doctor or a pharmacist
Say so, and ask the technical question directly. Full compositions and the legal basis for every claim are on the professionals page. If the answer is not there, we will find it and write back with the source.
You have found something wrong on this site
Tell us where. Our corrections page exists because we get things wrong, and every entry on it was found and published before anyone asked us to.
You want to distribute or to manufacture for us
Name the market and the category. The specification comes first here, so expect questions about what you can meet rather than a request for what you can offer.

Send what you have actually done. A template reaches us the same day it reaches everyone else.
01 / If something has gone wrong
Tell us first, and tell us plainly.
A side effect, a pack that is not right, a claim that does not match what is inside. All three go to the same address, and all three are worth the message.
A side effect, or anything that felt wrong
Put it in the first line so it is not missed. Give the product, the batch number, the dates you took it and what happened. We record every report, and where a market requires it to be passed on, it is passed on.
Something wrong with the pack
A seal, a print, a colour, a count. Send a photograph if you can. Batch numbers are how a manufacturing problem gets traced, so it is the one detail worth digging out of the bin for.
A claim you think we cannot support
This is the one we most want to hear. If a sentence on this site or on a carton overstates what is inside, it goes on the corrections page with what it said, what it says now, and why.
None of this replaces a doctor. If you feel unwell, speak to one first and write to us afterwards.

We cannot give medical advice
Not about your condition, not about your prescription, not about whether to take something. The person who can is a doctor or a pharmacist who has seen you.
We cannot discuss our prescription medicines
They are supplied through the professional channel only and are not described anywhere on this site. Advertising a prescription medicine to the public is prohibited in every market we sell in.
We cannot tell you a product treats a condition
Nothing in this range is a medicine. The wording we may use is set by law, and it is printed on the pack and on the product pages word for word.
We cannot sell to you from this site
Nothing here is for sale. Our products reach people through pharmacies and online sellers in each market, and we will tell you which ones if you ask.
