These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the purchase of any product, because nothing on this site is for sale.

01 / This is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor
Everything on this site is information about food supplements and cosmetic products. None of it is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take or stop taking anything.

If you have a symptom, a diagnosis, a prescription or a question about your own health, the person to ask is a doctor or a pharmacist who has seen you. We say this on the contact page too, and we mean it in the same way: we cannot answer those questions and we will not try.

If you feel unwell, speak to a doctor first and write to us afterwards.

02 / Nothing here is an offer to sell
You cannot buy from this site. Our products reach people through pharmacies and online sellers in each market. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract with you.

03 / What market you are in changes what is true
Product availability, formulation, permitted dose and permitted wording differ between Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan, India and the European Union. Not every product shown here is available in every market.

Where the registered composition or approved labelling in your market differs from anything on this site, the registered version is the one that applies. This sentence is not a disclaimer we hide behind. It is on the product pages as well, and it is the reason we print compositions in full.

04 / Prescription medicines are not described here
We also market prescription medicines, our own and in-licensed. They are not described anywhere on this site, because advertising a prescription medicine to the general public is not permitted in any of our markets. If you have reached this site looking for one of them, we cannot discuss it with you here.

05 / The professionals section
The monographs at /professionals are written for doctors and pharmacists. Access is by self-declaration: you tell us you are one. We have no way to verify that, and the material is written on the assumption that the reader can read a clinical reference critically.

If you are not a healthcare professional, you are welcome to read them, but they are not written for you and they are not a guide to taking anything.

06 / We try to be accurate, and we publish it when we are not
The figures on this site are taken from approved specifications and artwork and checked against European reference values. We still get things wrong. When we find an error we put it on the corrections page with what it said, what it says now and why, and we do not remove entries once they are closed.

That is the remedy we offer for an inaccuracy: we correct it in public and we leave the record. If you find something wrong, tell us and it will appear there whether or not we agree it was material.

On liability, we have not written a clause here. Most websites carry one. Ours is being drafted for each market we sell in, because a single broad exclusion would not hold against a consumer in several of them, and we would rather have four clauses that work than one that does not. Until it is written, the ordinary law of the market you are in applies, unmodified by us.

07 / What belongs to whom
The text, photographs, illustrations and design of this site belong to Zandra Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. Manufacturer marks shown on the manufacturing page belong to those manufacturers and are reproduced as supplied.

The authorised health claim wordings quoted throughout are reproduced from European and national law and belong to nobody.

You may quote from this site with attribution. You may not reproduce it whole, present it as your own, or use our name or marks to imply we endorse you.

08 / Linking out
Where we link to a regulator, a journal or a manufacturer, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

09 / Law and forum
We have not yet stated a governing law or a forum for disputes. That is being settled with counsel and it will appear here when it is.

One thing is worth saying now, because it is true whatever we decide. A choice-of-law clause on a website does not displace the consumer protection or data protection rules of the country you are in. Those apply to us because of where you are, not because of what we write here.
